ASEAN billet importers resist price hikes
The ASEAN billet import market continues to be volatile in tandem with fluctuating price movements on the Shanghai Futures Exchange, Kallanish notes.
Offer prices for 5sp billet on Friday were at $525/tonne cfr Manila for 150mm square billet and at slightly above $530/t cfr for 130mm billet.
