Siderurgica Triestina has 20 days to reduce noise
The Friuli Venezia Giulia regional government has imposed a 20-day limit on the Italian steel producer Arvedi to implement measures aimed at reducing the noise generated by operations in the steel mill, Kallanish learns.
The company was expected to carry out the work by 28 February after a series of tests which showed that the operation was “… exceeding the legal limits,” the regional administration says in a statement.
