Armenia extends scrap export ban for six months
Armenian authorities have extended the country’s ban on exports of ferrous scrap in the interests of the domestic steelmaking industry, Kallanish notes.
The decision was made at a meeting of the Armenian government on 23 May. The previous extension was introduced on 21 December 2023.
