Arkan completes merger with Emirates Steel
Abu Dhabi-based Arkan Building Materials has completed its merger with Emirates Steel (ESI) after receiving all regulatory approvals, says Arkan in a bourse filing seen by Kallanish.
The merger comes following a shareholder vote on 9 August.
