Arkan-Emirates Steel adopts new group name, prepares earnings
Arkan Group has adopted Emirates Steel Arkan (ESA) as its interim brand and changed its trading ID (ticker) on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) to Emsteel, Kallanish notes.
United Arab Emirates' largest integrated mill, Emirates Steel, was acquired by Arkan Building Materials (Arkan Group) in late 2021. The steelmaker is expected to account for 90% of overall group revenue.
