Argentinian pig iron production slows in August
Аrgentinа saw primary iron output grow month-on-month in August. The increase was supported by bigger sponge iron volumes, while pig iron production decelerated after reaching in July its best level so far in 2021.
Eight-month primary iron production remained significantly higher on-year, according to local steel association Cámara Argentina de Acero (CAA) data monitored by Kallanish.
