Argentina's pig iron and DRI output rise
Argentina saw its primary iron production slip year-on-year in February. Two-month output, however, remains higher, according to local steel association Cámara Argentina de Acero (CAA) data monitored by Kallanish.
Argentina’s primary iron output reached 245,600 tonnes in February, 0.9% less on-year but 1.6% higher over the 241,700t produced in January.
