Argentina's pig iron and DRI output fall
Argentina saw its primary iron production decrease in November. Eleven-month output also fell, mainly impacted by the effect of the Covid-19 crisis, according to local steel association Cámara Argentina de Acero (CAA) data monitored by Kallanish.
Argentina’s primary iron output reached 224,900 tonnes in November, -16.1% down on-year and also -13.4% lower over the 259,00t produced in October.
