Argentina's May primary iron production declines, outlook negative
Argentinian primary iron output decreased month-on-month in May. Production was also weaker year-on-year, Kallanish learns from the Argentinian steel association Cámara Argentina de Acero (CAA).
The outlook for the steel sector for the next two months is pessimistic, following Acindar's announcement to halt production for a second time this year between 17 June and 8 July.
