Argentina’s January primary iron production grows
Argentina saw primary iron output rise both sequentially and year-on-year at the beginning of 2023. The improvement was supported by higher sponge iron production, while pig iron output remained weak in January, Kallanish learns from the national steel association Cámara Argentina de Acero (CAA)’s latest data.
