Argentina posts positive first-quarter steel trade balance
Argentina saw its finished steel trade balance turn positive in the first quarter of 2020, according to data from local steel association Cámara Argentina de Acero (CAA) monitored by Kallanish.
Argentine exports of finished products reached 240,000 tonnes during Q1, or 131,000t more than to the import volume of 109,000t in the period.
