US architectural index closes year in green
The American Institute of Architect’s billings index remained positive in December for the third consecutive month, though growth apparently slowed in December, Kallanish reports.
The index slipped from 55 in November to 52.9 in December. The index measures the 9-12 month lead time between architectural billings and construction. Readings above 50 indicate growth.
