Architectural billings index rises in November
The American Institute of Architects’ billings index ticked up in November, Kallanish learns from an institute release.
The index reached 55 in November from 51.7 in the previous month. The index records the 9-12 month lag between architectural billings and actual construction activity.
All major regions and end-use segments witnessed growth, led by a reading of 54.8 in the West and a reading of 53.9 in multi-family residential.
