Architectural billings index goes positive in February
The American Institute of Architects’ billings index swung positive in February after a relatively weak January, Kallanish reports.
The index ticked up to 50.7 from January’s score of 49.5. The index measures the 9-12 month lead time between architectural billings and construction spending, and scores above 50 generally indicate growth in the construction industry.
