ArcelorMittal starts operating biomass plant at Gent
ArcelorMittal’s €35 million ($38m) “Torero” sustainable biomass processing plant at the Gent steelmaking site in Belgium has started operating. It produced this week by torrefaction its first bio-coal for use in the blast furnace.
