ArcelorMittal secures loan to refinance Essar acquisition debt

ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel (AMNS) India parent company AMNS Luxembourg has concluded a $5.146 billion ten-year term loan agreement with various Japanese banks. This will be used to refinance in full the amounts borrowed by AMNS to fund the acquisition of the former Essar Steel.
