ArcelorMittal sales in Poland accelerate in first half
ArcelorMittal’s sales in Poland increased 12% on-year in the first half of 2017 to $1.76 billion, meaning it remained the world's largest steelmaker’s sixth-highest-earning country.
The figure makes for encouraging reading after ArcelorMittal’s Polish sales fell -1% on-year in full-year 2016 to $3 billion (see Kallanish 1 March).
Sales in the producer’s top-five-earning nations also all increased in H1: in the US by 21% to $7.…
