ArcelorMittal raises coil prices in Europe
ArcelorMittal Europe is implementing a price increase for coil products in Europe, Kallanish learns from the company.
Prices for HRC, CRC and HDG will rise by €30/tonne ($34.3/t) across the board in Europe with immediate effect, a source at ArcelorMittal says, confirming the increase announcement made to clients.
“Despite the clear weakness in demand, the market has clearly bottomed out and it is ready to rebound,” the company adds.
