ArcelorMittal Italia reopens negotiations with Conte
ArcelorMittal Italia has welcomed the Milan Tribunal's decision to reject a petition from the former Ilva commissioners to prevent the company from departing, without first hearing from all parties involved.
The company will also abide by the court's request that ArcelorMittal refrains from suspending operations and waits for the court’s ruling, ArcelorMittal says in a note seen by Kallanish.
