ArcelorMittal Brazil expands longs, iron ore capacity
ArcelorMittal says that has given the green light for the expansion of its both steel and iron production capacity in Brazil. The investment is BRL 4.3 billion ($796.4 million) and follows increasing steel and raw material domestic demand. The project involves the Monlevade plant, Mina do Andrade and Serra Azul mines in Minas Gerais, Kallanish notes.
