ArcelorMittal seeks ADI special administration prevention, blames government
ArcelorMittal has asked the Milan tribunal to block state-owned partner in the Acciaierie d'Italia (ADI) joint venture, Ivitalia, from requesting the commencement of a special administration for the steelmaker, Kallanish reads in the appeal document.
