Aperam lowers July alloy surcharges
French stainless steel producer Aperam has decreased its alloy surcharges for both its austenitic and ferritic ranges of flat stainless steels for Europe for July compared to June, Kallanish learns from the company.
The surcharge for grade 304 (1.4301), has lowered from €1,376/tonne ($1,564/t) in June to €1,347/t in July. That for grade 316 has also been lowered from €2,115/t this month to €2,078/t for next month. Gra…
