Aperam increases May alloy surcharges for Europe
French stainless steel producer Aperam has increased its alloy surcharges for both its austenitic and ferritic ranges of flat stainless steels for Europe for May compared to April. This follows a stream of month-on-month reductions from October through April, Kallanish notes.
