Anglo American resumes Brazilian iron ore output
UK-headquartered miner Anglo American resumed operations at its mine in the Minas-Rio System in Minas in Brazil on 21 December, Kallanish understands from a note issued by the company.
Production was halted in the third quarter of 2018 following two leaks in an iron ore slurry pipeline that transports the mined material to the port in Rio de Janeiro (see Kallanish passim).
