Anglo American receives licence to elevate Brazilian dam
Anglo American says it has obtained the operational licences for quota 700 of the tailings dam elevation at its mine in the Brazil-based Minas-Rio System.
The licences for the construction of the elevation were authorised in January 2018, while the operational licence for the first phase of this elevation, at quota 689, was obtained in December 2019.
