Anglo American ramps up Minas-Rio ops in 2016
UK-headquartered miner Anglo American saw its iron ore production in Brazil grow significantly year-on-year, Kallanish learns from the company’s quarterly production report.
The group’s mine in the Minas-Rio System in Minas Gerais saw significant growth in output of 76% y-o-y to 16.1 million tonnes from 9.2mt in 2015.
