Anglo American invests to improve production in Brazil
UK-headquartered miner Anglo American has reaffirmed that its Brazil-based iron ore production will be between 22-24 million tonnes (wet basis) in 2022. The mine is investing BRL 6.6 billion ($1.29 billion) in the next five years in the operational continuity of the Minas-Rio system, with almost BRL 1.29 billion to be placed in 2022.
