Anglo American grows third-quarter Brazilian ore output
UK-headquartered miner Anglo American saw its iron ore production in Brazil rise year-on-year in the third quarter of 2019, Kallanish learns from the company’s unaudited quarterly production report.
“The growth of iron ore output in Minas-Rio was driven by continued strong operational performance and stability due to higher grade material from the Step 3 mine area and productivity initiatives,” says Anglo American.
