Anglo American Brazil begins replacement of damaged pipeline
Anglo American has obtained authorisation from the Brazilian Institute for environment and renewable natural resources (Ibama) to begin the replacement of part of a damaged pipeline. The line transports mined iron ore from the Minas-Rio System in Brazil to the port in Rio de Janeiro and was halted following an accident earlier this year (see Kallanish passim).
