Angang upgrades caster and pellet line
Northern China's Anshan Iron & Steel (Angang) has signed an equipment upgrade project with Danieli to revamp the bloom caster at its No.1 steel plant in Liaoning province. After the work the caster will be able to produce high-quality 320*410mm rectangular blooms, and 280mm and 350mm round blooms, Kallanish notes.
