Angang suffers 2023 loss despite steady sales
Major China-listed steelmaker Angang Steel Company Limited, reports huge losses for the full year 2023 despite its sales falling only slightly, Kallanish notes.
For the whole year, Angang produced 25.46 million tonnes of iron and 26.63mt of crude steel, which decreased 2.97% and increased 0.15% from the prior year respectively.
