Angang, Bengang hold July flats offers
China’s Anshan Iron & Steel Co., (Angang) and Benxi Iron & Steel (Bengang) chose to maintain their quotations unchanged compared with the prior month for July domestic flat steel sales, Kallanish notes.
The decision applies to all flat products such as hot/cold rolled coil, galvanized and non-oriented silicon steel. The only price hike of CNY 50/tonne ($7/t) is for to Angang’s coated steel.
