Evraz secures railway wheel line from Andritz
Evraz and Rail Service Industrial Group joint venture Allegro LCC has contracted technology group Andritz to supply equipment for the construction of a new rail wheel line, the Russian miner and steelmaker says.
Total investment in the project is RUB 16 billion ($207 million), Kallanish notes. The start of production is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
