AMNS India concludes Essar port, power assets acquisition
ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel (AMNS) India has concluded the acquisition of two port assets and a power plant from Essar Group for a net value of approximately INR 16,500 crore ($2.02 billion) after receiving required approvals.
