AM Castle sells interest in Kreher Steel
Specialty metals distributor AM Castle is selling its 50% interest in Melrose Park, Illinois-based wire, bar and pipe distributor Kreher Steel to partner Duferco for $31.6 million, Kallanish learns from a company release.
