Alloy surcharges fall at Aperam
French stainless steel producer Aperam has lowered alloy surcharges for both its austenitic and ferritic range of flat stainless steels for Europe again in November, Kallanish notes. This is in line with the long series of alloy surcharges decline seen at all European mills which have been lowering their surcharges due to the downward curve in nickel prices.
