Allegheny Technologies still faces Covid-19 headwinds
Covid-19 and its knock-on effects on the aerospace market will continue to test Allegheny Technologies Inc in early 2021, the company said in conjunction with its 2020 earnings review.
Allegheny posted a net loss for the year of $1.56 billion on sales of $2.98 billion. A large chunk of that loss - $1.08 billion in the fourth quarter - was due to restructuring charges, Kallanish notes.
