Akora reports increased iron ore at Bekisopa, Madagascar
Australia-listed iron ore exploration company Akora, which holds iron ore mining licenses in Madagascar, reports a 42% increase from 5.54 million tonnes to 7.88mt of Indicated and Inferred direct shipping ore (DSO) resources at an average grade of 58.8% Fe. This follows the infill drilling programme completed in the Bekisopa project's northern and central zones in October 2023, notes Kallanish.
