AIA construction index increases again
The American Institute of Architects’ monthly billings index increased for the sixth consecutive time in March, Kallanish understands.
The index, which measures the 9-12 month lag between billings and architectural activity, rose to 51 in March. Readings above 50 generally indicate growth in the sector.
