Ahmed Ezz becomes Ezz Steel majority shareholder
Ahmed Ezz has become Ezz Steel's majority shareholder after raising his stake in the firm to 65.7% from the previous 32.29%.
The transaction has also taken to zero the stake in Ezz Steel of Al Ezz Holding for Industry and Investment, a company owned by Ahmed Ezz. In April 2020 Ahmed Ezz’s shareholding in Ezz Steel was still 0.00055%.
