Acerinox workers accept new collective agreement, end strike
Acerinox’s 1,800 employees at the Los Barrios plant in Cádiz are returning to work after almost five months of strikes, Kallanish notes. Following weeks of tension between workers and the company, as well as union disagreements, employees on Thursday approved the stainless steel producer’s new collective agreement for the next five years.
Acerinox confirms it is taking all measures to safely resume its activity at the plant.
