Acerinox chairman steps down
Rafael Miranda is no longer chairman of Acerinox, the Spanish-based stainless steel producer, Kallanish notes. The executive, who held the position for eight years, could not be re-elected by the General Shareholders' Meeting held on 16 June, as he has reached the maximum age stipulated in the company's bylaws.
