Acciaierie di Calvisano and Ind.i.a. form joint venture
Feralpi subsidiary Acciaierie di Calvisano (AdC) and construction steel producer Ind.i.a. have announced the formation of a new joint venture called CO.GE.ME. Steel, Kallanish learns from AdC.
According to the statement released by the Italian subsidiary, the agreement aims at verticalising the production and increasing the market share of the two companies in the sector of fences, railing, handrails and architectural elements for furnishings.
