Wugang progresses with HRC upgrade
Central China’s Wuhan Iron and Steel (Wugang) has started installation of equipment at its No. 2 hot strip mill, according to project contractor China Metallurgical Corp (MCC). The project includes new power cooling headers supplied by Austria’s Siemens Metal Technologies to increase the range of grades the plant can produce.
