Welspun forms pipe concrete coating JV
Welspun Corp. has entered a joint venture with Malaysia-based Wasco Energy (Wasco) to set up a concrete coating plant for steel pipe in Gujarat. The Indian pipemaker will hold a 51% stake and its partner retain the balance.
