WTO rules against expired China GOES duties
The World Trade Organization (WTO) ruled on Friday that China had not complied with an earlier finding that its duties on imports of grain-oriented electrical steel (GOES) sheets from the US were not compliant. It also noted, however, that China ceased to impose the duties in April this year.
