WTO panel set to settle Taiwan-Canada steel pipe dispute
The World Trade Organisation (WTO) will form a dispute panel to adjudicate a complaint by Taiwan against Canadian duties on its carbon steel welded pipes, it said this week. The duties were imposed in 2012 after Canada found injury to its domestic pipe producers, Kallanish notes.
