Vietnamese steel project is close to failure
The Taiwan-invested Guang Liang steelworks project in Vietnam is close to its end. It has still not been able to finance the continuation of the project after a warning issued by local authorities in June. The project is one of several stalled in the country, although some have bucked the trend and are approaching completion, Kallanish notes.
