Unions give green light to Pittini-Riva deal
Workers’ representatives at the Riva Acciaio plant in Verona, Northern Italy, have given their approval for the acquisition of the site by Italian longs maker, Pittini Group, Kallanish learns from union sources. The news follows the meeting, held in the Confindustria headquarters in Verona, where the union met with the two companies and evaluated the Pittini proposal in detail.
