USA prepares to extend cut plate duties
The US Department of Commerce has decided that revoking anti-dumping duties on cut-to-length carbon steel plates from China would lead to the “continuation or recurrence of dumping.” The move prepares the way for duties to be extended for another five years pending a final decision by the US International Trade Commission, Kallanish notes.
